Playing by yourself? Skip. Play with a friend? If its not going to hurt you financially or delay a better game you're waiting on, buy. Think of it as Diablo 2 with guns. If you are curious about the game though (its not exactly a innovation breaker), I'd also suggest getting it.
@squidpunch It was a midnight opening pre-order purchase for me, I would say buy....especially if we can manage to be playing at the same time(possibly find a few others also). At the very least it is a rent, it plays like CoD(same control scheme) with RPG elements(character levels up, skill points like D2, Too Human, etc.). Between the 3 skill trees of the 4 classes it has plenty of playstyle options. Due to trying all 4 classes I haven't gotten all that far in the story yet, although the story seems pretty average and the game seems more about co-op and loot.
If it is this or CoD:MW2 then I would say MW2, I think after the initial burst of new this game has it will drop out of the top 10. I hope I am wrong and people stick with it, but I doubt after getting one character to 50 many people are going to keep playing.
Well worth buying, i am at around the 48h game time mark and am around lvl 40 siren atm, plan to get all the 4 classes to 50. You will play solo if you are like me and do ALL the side missions a lot of games are either the main mission chain of dueling games. The game realy kicks off after you finish it and start the 2nd playthrough (32+ level) With 4 people on the shit hits the fan and A LOT is happening. You can hit me up

I might pick it up soon - wanted to make sure i had someone that would be interested in playing somewhat regular so i can get my money's worth
